The Art of the Classic Cut.
Perched above the historic bustle of Seattle's Pike Place, we offer more than a haircut. Experience a sanctuary of tradition, craftsmanship, and conversation.
The 'Fish-Thrower's Trick'
Finding us is part of the Pike Place experience. Look for the world-famous fish throwers at Pike Place Fish Market. Just behind their counter, you'll find the stairs leading up to the Mezzanine.
Walk up those stairs, and you'll find our "Balcony" overlooking the bustle.

"70 Years of Mastery"
Heritage at the Heart of the Market
For over 80 years, this chair on the Pike Place Mezzanine has been home to a barbershop — one of the Market's longest-running traditions. Wen, a master barber with 70 years of experience from Louisiana, took over during the COVID pandemic and carries that legacy forward.
We believe a haircut is a ritual. It's the pause in a busy day where heritage meets modern style. Fun fact: it's called "Balcony" because the shop's entrance hallway was once an open balcony overlooking the Seattle waterfront back in the '70s and '80s.
